Future Conference Committee

Are you an idea person? Do you like to leave things better than you find them?  Calling all visionaries to help nurture the Francelia Butler Conference legacy for Hollins scholars and writers! Inaugurated the summer of 2007, the Future Conference Committee was established to create a shared vision for the conference. This committee aspires to establish continuity from one conference to the next, foster inclusiveness, and maintain fairness.  The FCC does not require a huge time commitment, but does call for evenhanded, good listeners and team-oriented persons who are able to complete occasional tasks in a timely manner. 

Although other positions may arise, we need:

• an especially organized volunteer to be the Feedback Form Manager
• a Ballot Writer/Ballot Box Maker when consensus must be put to a student body vote
• and most of all, we need people with ideas who would like to be Discussion Participants
